Dalam rangka memenuhi Ketentuan III.I.14 pada Surat
Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor Kep-
00066/BEI/09-2022 perihal Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E
tentang kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, bersama ini kami
menyampaikan penjelasan atas perubahan lebih dari 20%
pada pos jumlah Aset dan Liabilitas pada Laporan Keuangan
PT Kusuma Kemindo Sentosa Tbk periode 31 Maret 2025
dibandingkan Laporan Keuangan periode 31 Desember 2024.
Aset mengalami kenaikan 34,98% dari sebesar
Rp108.821.108.709 menjadi Rp146.888.681.222 pada
Laporan Keuangan per 31 Maret 2025 dan Liabilitas
mengalami kenaikan 90,15% dari sebesar Rp43.802.102.685
menjadi Rp83.287.568.525 pada Laporan Keuangan per 31
Maret 2025. Kenaikan ini disebabkan oleh kebutuhan modal
kerja Perseroan dan perkembangan peluang bisnis.
Kenaikan Aset meliputi peningkatan Persediaan sebesar
Rp22.402.912.814 dan Piutang Usaha sebesar
Rp10.429.743.332. Kenaikan Liabilitas meliputi peningkatan
Utang Bank sebesar Rp16.420.737.162 dan Utang Usaha
sebesar Rp23.132.091.458

Regarding: Explanation of Changes of More than 20% in
Assets and/or Liabilities
Dear Sirs,
In order to comply with Provision III.I.14 in the Decree of the
Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Number Kep-
00066/BEI/09-2022 concerning Amendments to Regulation
Number I-E concerning the Obligation to Submit Information,
we hereby provide an explanation of the change of more than
20% in the amount of Assets and Liabilities in the Financial
Statements of PT Kusuma Kemindo Sentosa Tbk for the
period of March 31, 2025 compared to the Financial
Statements for the period of December 31, 2024.
Assets increased by 34.98% from Rp108,821,108,709 to
Rp146,888,681,222 in the Financial Statements as of March
31, 2025 and Liabilities increased by 90.15% from
Rp43,802,102,685 to Rp83,287,568,525 in the Financial
Statements as of March 31, 2025. This increase was due to
the need for capital Company's work and development of
business opportunities.
The increase in Assets includes an increase in Inventory of
Rp22,402,912,814 and Accounts Receivables of
Rp10,429,743,332. The increase in Liabilities includes an
increase in Bank Loans of Rp16,420,737,162 and Accounts
Payables of Rp23,132,091,458
