Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan menyampaikan laporan mengenai kesiapan dana
untuk pelunasan pokok Obligasi II Integrasi Jaringan
Ekosistem Tahun 2025 Seri A, pembayaran bunga Obligasi,
pembayaran Sisa Imbalan Sukuk Ijarah I Integrasi Jaringan
Ekosistem Tahun 2025 Seri A, serta Cicilan Imbalan Sukuk
Ijarah yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 18 Juli 2026. Dana
yang diperlukan telah tersedia dan akan disetorkan ke
rekening PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) sesuai
jadwal yang telah ditentukan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembayaran bunga Obligasi II SR A dan imbalan Sukuk Ijarah
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan I SR A Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem Tahun 2025 merupakan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pemenuhan kewajiban Perseroan sesuai dengan ketentuan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau yang berlaku dan tidak menimbulkan dampak material
Perusahaan Publik terhadap kegiatan operasional, aspek hukum, kondisi
keuangan, maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
Sebaliknya, pembayaran tersebut merupakan bagian dari
pemenuhan kewajiban Perseroan kepada pemegang Obligasi
dan Sukuk Ijarah, serta mencerminkan kepatuhan Perseroan
terhadap ketentuan yang berlaku dan komitmen dalam
memenuhi kewajiban finansial.

Description of Material Information or The Company hereby submits a report on the availability of
Facts funds for the redemption of the principal of Bonds II Integrasi
Jaringan Ekosistem Year 2025 Series A, the payment of Bond
interest, the payment of the remaining Sharia return of Sharia
Bonds I Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem Year 2025 Series A, and
the installment of the Sharia return, all due on July 18, 2026.
The required funds are available and will be transferred to the
account of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) in
accordance with the prescribed schedule.
Impact of event, material information or The payment of interest on Bonds II Integrasi Jaringan
facts towards Issuers or Public Ekosistem Year 2025 Series A and the payment of the Sharia
Company’s operational activities, legal, return on Sharia Bonds I Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem Year
financial condition, or going concern 2025 Series A constitutes the Company fulfillment of its
obligations in accordance with the applicable regulations and
does not have any material impact on the Company
operational activities, legal aspects, financial condition, or
business continuity. Furthermore, the payment forms part of
the Company fulfillment of its obligations to the holders of the
Bonds and Sharia Bonds, reflecting the Company compliance
with the applicable regulations and its commitment to meeting
its financial obligations.
