                ANNOUNCEMENT OF
   THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
In compliance with the provision of Article 22 paragraph (2.a) of the Articles of Association of
the Company, it is hereby announced to the shareholders of the Company that the Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders (“Meeting”) of the Company will be held on Monday, June
16, 2025. Such Meeting will be held electronically with regard to the provision stipulated in
OJK’s Regulation No. 16/POJK.04/2020.
Pursuant to the provision of Article 22 paragraph (3.a) of the Articles of Association of the
Company, the Summon of the Meeting along with its agenda (“Summon of the Meeting”) will
be announced on Friday, May 23, 2025 in daily newspapers Bisnis Indonesia and Jakarta
Post, as well as Indonesia Stock Exchange’s website, PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia’s
website and the Company’s website.
The shareholders entitled to attend in the Meeting are those whose names are recorded in the
Register of Shareholders of the Company as of Thursday, May 22, 2025.
The Company suggests the shareholders to grant power of attorney electronically (e-Proxy)
through eASY.KSEI which will be available to the shareholders from the date of the Summon
of the Meeting until Friday, June 13, 2025 at 12.00 pm West Indonesian Time.
Any proposal from the shareholders could be included in the agenda of the Meeting if it
complies with the provision stipulated in Article 22 paragraph (7) of the Articles of Association
of the Company and received by the Board of Directors of the Company at the latest 7 (seven)
days prior to the date of the Summon of the Meeting.
