yang telah ditanda tangani antara PT. Puri Sentul Permai
Tbk dengan Ibu Aan Rohanah dinyatakan telah berakhir
dengan sepakat.
Langkah strategis ini diambil sebagai bagian dari program
optimalisasi aset dan penataan portofolio bisnis strategis
Perseroan. Keputusan ini sepenuhnya ditujukan untuk
mendorong efisiensi operasional serta meningkatkan kinerja
keuangan Perseroan secara berkelanjutan di masa
mendatang
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pengakhiran Perjanjian ini tidak mempengaruhi kelangsungan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan usaha maupun kondisi keuangan Perseroan, serta tidak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, mengganggu operasional harian usaha maupun kualitas
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau layanan Perseroan kepada pelanggan dan mitra bisnis
Perusahaan Publik lainnya.

Description of Material Information or That as of July 3, 2026, the PROFIT-SHARING
Facts COOPERATION AGREEMENT for the Management of the FU
Hot Pot & Grill Restaurant, No. 028/SPK/PSP/XI/24 dated
November 11, 2024, which was signed between PT. Puri
Sentul Permai Tbk and Ms. Aan Rohanah, is hereby
declared to have terminated by mutual agreement
This strategic move was taken as part of the Company asset
optimization and strategic business portfolio restructuring
program. This decision is entirely aimed at promoting
operational efficiency and improving the Company financial
performance in a sustainable manner going forward
Impact of event, material information or The termination of this Agreement does not affect the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company business continuity or financial condition, nor does it
Company’s operational activities, legal, disrupt the Company daily operations or the quality of its
financial condition, or going concern services to customers and other business partners.
