     Elnusa Fabrication Construction Fosters Educational Goals Through the
                         Sobat Bumi Education Program
Jakarta, 6 May 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), through its subsidiary PT Elnusa Fabrikasi Konstruksi (EFK), continues to demonstrate its
commitment to supporting the development of Indonesia’s human capital from an early age through the implementation of the education-based Corporate
Social Responsibility (CSR) program titled "Sobat Bumi Education" (EDISI). This activity was held at TK Sekar, South Jakarta, on Monday, May 5, 2025.

TK Sekar, also known as Taman Belajar & Bermain Rasuna, is part of the Street Children Alternative School managed by Yayasan Sekar Pramita. The school
provides access to education for children from underprivileged families and serves as a nurturing space for hope and future dreams, fueled by their spirit
despite limitations.

This CSR initiative involved EFK employee volunteers (Perwira EFK), who interacted directly with the children through activities such as learning, playing, and
coloring together. The shared moments brought joy and strengthened social awareness among the volunteers.

As a tangible form of support for the children’s education and well-being, EFK also donated a set of sportswear and drawing materials to aid school learning
activities.

EFK Director Ari Wijaya emphasized that the EDISI program is not merely a social activity, but a concrete implementation of corporate culture rooted in the
company’s AKHLAK values especially those of harmony and collaboration.

“We believe that a company’s success is not solely measured by business achievements but also by the positive impact we bring to society. Through EDISI,
we aim to cultivate a spirit of compassion and mutual cooperation, starting from simple acts such as assisting children in learning and playing,” said Ari.

He further conveyed that the program serves as a shared platform for EFK personnel to grow, not only professionally but also in empathy and humanity,
with the hope that this initiative continues sustainably and becomes a bridge connecting employees with the broader community through the spirit of unity
and service.

“When our volunteers are directly involved and sincerely interact with the children, that is where the values of harmony and collaboration truly come alive.
This is the corporate culture we aim to cultivate from within, and we hope to spread it outward. May this small step become part of a larger movement to
create an inclusive environment where education is a right for every child, without exception,” he added.

Driven by a spirit of cooperation and care, EFK hopes that the EDISI program can inspire the industrial sector to actively support children’s education, in line
with the government’s current Asta Cita program—specifically the fourth goal focused on education.

The EDISI program is a concrete step by EFK in building synergy between industry and the community, for a more inclusive, empowered, and just future for
Indonesia. It is hoped that this activity will continue to spark the learning spirit of Indonesian children and become part of their journey toward a brighter
future.
