ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

According to the provision of Article 14 paragraph (2) of the Regulation of Financial Services Authority No.
015/POJK.04/2020 concerning Plan and Implementation of General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Listed
Company ("POJK 15/2020"), we hereby announce to the Shareholders that the Company will convene the Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders ("Meeting") on Thursday, June 12, 2025.

The Company will make a Meeting Invitation to all Shareholders through e-RUPS system managed by PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia, the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Company's website on
Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

According to the provision of Article 23 paragraph (2) of POJK 15/2020, the Shareholders who are entitled to
attend or to be represent in the Meeting are the Shareholders of the Company whose names are recorded in the
Company's Shareholders Register and/or the Securities Accounts are recorded in the Indonesian Central
Securities Depository (KSEI) at the closing time of trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Tuesday, May 20,
2025, at 16.00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB).

The Shareholders may propose for the Meeting agenda if meet the reguirements of Article 12 paragraph (7) of
the Article of Association and Article 16 of POJK 15/2020. The proposal of the agenda must be received by the
Board of Directors of the Company in writing at least 7 (seven) days prior to the date of the invitation for the
Meeting, which on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

The meeting will be held physically and electronically through KSEI's Electronic General Meeting System facility
(hereinafter referred to as "eASY.KSEI") with due observance of Article 28 paragraph 2 of the POJK GMS and
Article 3 in conjunction with Article 8 paragraph 3 of POJK No.16/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Performance of
the General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Companies Electronically, therefore, we encourage to the
Shareholders to attend and cast votes in the Meeting by using eASY.KSEI facility or provide the power of attorney
by using eASY.KSEI facility provided by KSEI or provide the conventional power attorney to independent party
appointed by the Company using the form provided by the Company and can be downloaded on the Company's
website (https://www.dpn.co.id), on the date of the Meeting Invitation.

As a mechanism for granting the electronic proxy (e-Proxy) in the process of the performance of the Meeting,
the e-Proxy facility is available for the Shareholders who are entitled to attend the Meeting start from the
invitation date of the Meeting until 1 (one) business day prior to the Meeting day, which is on Wednesday, June
11, 2025.
