Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Keterbukaan Informasi ini dibuat dan ditujukan kepada para
pemegang saham PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk ("Perseroan")
dan masyarakat, mengacu kepada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan Nomor 29 Tahun 2023 tentang Pembelian Kembali
Saham yang Dikeluarkan Oleh Perusahaan Terbuka (POJK
29/2023).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan memperkirakan tidak ada dampak menurunnya
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pendapatan akibat dari pelaksanaan pembelian kembali
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, saham. Sedangkan dampak atas biaya pembelian kembali
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau saham tergolong kecil yaitu maksimal sebesar 0,33% dari
Perusahaan Publik setiap transaksi pembelian saham

Facts shareholders of PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk ("Company") and
the public, referring to Financial Services Authority Regulation
Number 29 year 2023 concerning Buyback of Shares Issued
by Public Companies (POJK 29/2023).
Impact of event, material information or The Company estimates that there will be no impact on
facts towards Issuers or Public decreasing income as a result of the implementation of the
Company’s operational activities, legal, share buyback. Meanwhile, the impact on the cost of share
financial condition, or going concern buyback is relatively small, namely a maximum of 0.33% of
each share purchase transaction.
