Schedule and Procedure of Cash Dividend Distribution
For the Financial Year of 2024
Referring to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders' resolution of PT Multipolar Technology
Tbk ("the Company") on 2 May 2025, the Company hereby announce the distribution ofFinal Cash
Dividend ("Dividend") for the financial year ended 31 December 2024.
The dividend to be distributed is Rp367,500,000,000.- (Rp196.-) per share, which is calculated with
the interim dividend of Rp206,250,000,000.- (Rpl 10.-) per share that has been paid on 6 September
2024, so that the remainder is Rpl61,250,000,000.- (Rp86.-) per share.
The schedule and procedure ofDividend distribution for the financial year of2024 will be as follows:

d) Procedure of Dividend Distribution
1. This notice is an official notification from the Company and the Company does not issue a special
notification to the Company Shareholders.
2. Dividend will be distributed to Shareholders whose names are registered in the Register of
Shareholders (recording date) of the Company on 16 May 2025 at 16.00 WlB (referred to as
"Eligible Shareholder").
3. For Eligible Shareholders whose shares are registered in the collective custody ofthe Indonesian
Securities Depository ("KSEI"), Dividend payments will be made through KSEI, and the
Eligible Shareholders will receive payments from the relevant KSEI Account Holder.

4. Dividends to be distributed wil be taxed in accordance with the prevailing tax laws/regulations
and specifically for
a. Eligible Shareholders, who are Domestic Taxpayers, are requested to submit their Taxpayer
Number ("NPWP") to KSEI or the Company's Share Registrar, PT Sharestar Indonesia
("SSI") no later than 16 May 2025 at 16.00 WIB.
If KSEI or SSI does not receive the NPWP by that date, the dividends distributed to the
Eligible Shareholders will be subject to the tax applicable to domestic taxpayers who do not
have an NPWP.
b. Eligible Shareholder who is a foreign national and is a Foreign Taxpayer whose country has
a Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (OTAA) with the Republic of Indonesia and
intends to request that his/her withholding tax be adjusted to the rate stated in such OTAA
must comply with the prevailing taxation provisions in Indonesia and submit/fulfill the
requirements as stipulated in the provisions stipulated by KSEI. If the relevant shareholder
does not comply with the applicable taxation provisions in Indonesia by the deadline set by
KSEI, the dividends distributed to the relevant shareholder will be subject to tax applicable
to foreign taxpayers whose country does not have a OTAA with the Republic of Indonesia.
