Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 19 April 2025, PT Indo Oil Perkasa Tbk. ,
melakukan penjualan sebagian saham anak perusahaan yang
bernama PT Indo Kelapa Perkasa ('IKP')
Penjualan sebagian saham IKP tersebut telah dinyatakan
dalam Akta No. 04 tertanggal 19 April 2025 yang dibuat di
hadapan Melyana Trisnawati, S.H., M.Kn. Notaris di Jember
dan telah mendapatkan pengesahan sebagai badan hukum
oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik melalui
Surat Keputusan No. AHU-0089426.AH.01.11.TAHUN 2025
tanggal 25 April 2025.
IKP didirikan untuk mengembangkan lini produk dan
meningkatkan performa bisnis dari PT Indo Oil Perkasa Tbk.
Keterangan mengenai struktur kepemilikan modal IKP setelah
penjualan saham adalah sebagai berikut :
PT. Indo Oil Perkasa Tbk. (52%)
Saiful Rahman (20%)
Whelly Iskandar (10%)
Mario Fernando (5%)
Erik Setiono (10%)
Willy Widjaja (3%)
PT Indo Oil Perkasa Tbk yang semula memiliki saham sebesar
1625 lembar saham pada PT Indo Kelapa Perkasa, dijual
kepada Erik Setiono sebesar 250 lembar saham dengan nilai
Rp. 250.000.000,- dan Willy Widjaja sebesar 49 lembar saham
dengan nilai Rp. 49.000.000,- sehingga kepemilikan PT Indo
Oil Perkasa Tbk menjadi 1.326 lembar saham dengan nilai Rp.
1.326.000.000,-.

Description of Material Information or On April 19, 2025, PT Indo Oil Perkasa Tbk., sold part of the
Facts shares of its subsidiary named PT Indo Kelapa Perkasa ('IKP')
The sale of part of IKP's shares has been stated in Deed No.
04 dated April 19, 2025 made before Melyana Trisnawati,
S.H., M.Kn. Notary in Jember and has been approved as a
legal entity by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the
Republic through Decree No. AHU-0089426.AH.01.11.YEAR
2025 dated April 25, 2025.
IKP was established to develop product lines and improve
business performance of PT Indo Oil Perkasa Tbk.
Information regarding the capital ownership structure of IKP
after the sale of shares is as follows:
PT. Indo Oil Perkasa Tbk. (52%)
Saiful Rahman (20%)
Whelly Iskandar (10%)
Mario Fernando (5%)
Erik Setiono (10%)
Willy Widjaja (3%)
PT Indo Oil Perkasa Tbk, which originally owned 1,625 shares
in PT Indo Kelapa Perkasa, was sold to Erik Setiono for 250
shares with a value of Rp. 250,000,000,- and Willy Widjaja for
49 shares with a value of Rp. 49,000,000,- so that the
ownership of PT Indo Oil Perkasa Tbk became 1,326 shares
with a value of Rp. 1,326,000,000,-.
