Sentul Permai Tbk (KDTN) mulai dibuka dan efektif
beroperasi untuk umum pertanggal 5 Mei 2025.
Adapun untuk Seremonial Acara Pembukaan Resmi akan
dilaksanakan dikemudian hari dan akan disampaikan
pemberitahuannya sesuai ketentuan pasar modal yang
berlaku.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Operasional Swiss-belexpress Rest Area di KM 260B - Brebes
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional perseroan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, juga permasalahan hukum. Dampak terhadap keuangan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau perseroan adalah adanya peningkatan pendapatan dan beban
Perusahaan Publik operasional atas beroperasinya hotel tersebut .
Keberadan Xpress Hotel di Rest Area Heritage KM 260B telah
membuka lapangan pekerjaan untuk warga disekitar rest
area, adanya kolaborasi dengan UMKM juga program
penghijauan disekitar area Xpress Hotel yang mana hal ini
akan menjaga keberlangsungan usaha perseroan.
