                                   ANNOUNCEMENT
                        ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
                                 TO ALL SHAREHOLDERS


In compliance with Article 21 of the Company’s Articles of Association, the Board of Directors hereby
announces to all Shareholders of the Company that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(hereinafter referred to as the “Meeting”) of PT Kabelindo Murni Tbk will be held on Wednesday,
June 11, 2025.

The Notice of the Meeting will be published on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange website, the Indonesia Central Securities Depository website (eASY.KSEI application), and
the Company's website (www.kabelindo.co.id).

Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting, for both
Company shares that are not under Collective Custody and for shares that are under Collective
Custody, are shareholders or their legal proxies, as well as account holders or their legal proxies,
whose names are recorded in the Company's Shareholder List at the Indonesia Stock Exchange as of
May 19, 2025 until 04.00 PM Western Indonesia Time (WIB).

Agenda item suggestion for the Meeting may be submitted in writing by 1 (one) or more
shareholders representing 1/20 (one twentieth) or more of the total shares with valid voting rights.
Each suggestion will be included in the Meeting agenda item if it fulfills the requirements as stated in
Article 21 no. 8 of the Company's Articles of Association, and must be accepted by the Board of
Directors, 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the date of the Meeting Notice.
