Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material pada tanggal 30 April 2025, Perseroan telah menyampaikan
dokumen yang berisi Laporan Tahunan dan Laporan
Keberlanjutan Tahun Buku 2024 dan lampirannya tercantum
Laporan Keuangan Tahunan Tahun Buku 2024. Namun
terdapat error sistem yang tidak bisa memilih opsi Laporan
Tahunan dana Keberlanjutan sehingga kami memilih opsi
Laporan Tahunan saja. Melalui pelaporan pada menu form
E019 ini kami sampaikan kepada pemegang saham kembali
Laporan Tahunan dan Keberlanjutan untuk Tahun Buku 2024,
serta kami akan melakukan koreksi pada menu form E020 di
tanggal 5 Mei 2025 sesuai arahan bursa.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta tidak ada dampak material atas kejadian ini
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,

Description of Material Information or on April 30, 2025, the Company has submitted a document
Facts containing the Annual Report and Sustainability Report for the
2024 Financial Year and the attachments include the Annual
Financial Report for the 2024 Financial Year. However, there
was a system error that could not select the Annual Report
and Sustainability fund options so we chose the Annual Report
option only. Through the reporting on the E019 form menu, we
again submit to shareholders the Annual and Sustainability
Report for the 2024 Financial Year, and we will make
corrections to the E020 form menu on May 5, 2025 according
to the stock exchange's direction.
