Subject : Resignation of the President Director and Director of the Company

Regarding the resignation of Mr. Woo Yeul Lee from his position as President Director of
KB Bank and Mr. Helmi Fahrudin from his position as Director of KB Bank, please find the
following clarifications for your reference:

      We would like to inform you that Mr. Woo Yeul Lee and Mr. Helmi Fahrudin have
       successfully completed their respective terms in accordance with the appointments
       made at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 25, 2022, for Mr. Woo
       Yeul Lee, and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on August 25,
       2020, for Mr. Helmi Fahrudin.

      We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Woo Yeul Lee and Mr. Helmi Fahrudin for
       their contributions to the Company during their tenure.

      Their resignations will take effect following approval from the General Meeting of
       Shareholders.

We thank all parties for their continued support and assure our stakeholders, shareholders,
and customers that this transition has been carefully planned.

We remain fully committed to ensuring the continuity of the Company’s operations, and as
such, there will be no material impact on our business activities and operations arising from
the resignations of Mr. Woo Yeul Lee and Mr. Helmi Fahrudin.
