c.Chronology of Agreement Termination : The Company has
received a letter from PT Rekan Anak Bangsa regarding the
termination of the Service Procurement Agreement between
PT Rekan Anak Bangsa and the Company. The letter states
that the termination of the Agreement will become effective on
July 2, 2026.
Impact of event, material information or The termination of the Agreement may have an impact on the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company's revenue.
