                                   ANNOUNCEMENT
                          ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
                           PT TOWER BERSAMA INFRASTRUCTURE Tbk.


PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk. (hereafter referred to as “the Company”), hereby announce
that the Company will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (hereafter referred to
“AGMS”) in Jakarta on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

In line with requirements set within the Company’s Articles of Association and the Financial Services
Authority Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020 dated 20 April 2020, the invitation for the AGMS will be
placed at the PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) website, Indonesian Stock Exchange website
and the Company’s website (www.tower-bersama.com) on May 19, 2025.

Shareholders that have the right to attend the AGMS are those whose names are duly registered
within the Company’s Corporate Registry and/or Company’s shareholders with subaccounts at
PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) by the end of trades at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)
on May 16, 2025.

Each of the Shareholder’s proposal will be incorporated into the AGMS’ Agenda provided it meets the
following requirements set within the Company’s Articles of Association, which are that the proposal
(i) has been submitted in writing to the Board of Directors by one or more shareholders that represent
at least 1/20 of the total shares issued by the Company; (ii) received no later than 7 (seven) days prior
to the summons for the AGMS, or specifically by May 9, 2025 and (iii) the proposal is deemed,
according to the Board of Directors, directly relevant with the Company’s business in view of other
requirements set within the Company’s Articles of Association.
