PRESS RELEASE

Sales Grow Positively in Q1 2025, PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk Optimistic to Maintain
                              Momentum Post-Rebranding

Jakarta — Following the release of its full-year 2024 financial report, PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk
(AHI) (ACES) has once again delivered positive performance in early 2025. According to the Q1 2025 Financial
Report, the Company recorded positive sales growth, driven by the launch of the AZKO brand, increased
consumer spending during the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr periods, and consistent contribution from Same Store
Sales Growth (SSSG).

In the first quarter of 2025, the Company posted sales growth of 7.2% year-on-year, reaching IDR 2.14
trillion. This achievement was also supported by SSSG growth of 2.2%. Meanwhile, net income attributable
to owners of the parent entity declined from IDR 204.82 billion in Q1 2024 to IDR 141.60 billion. The decline
had been anticipated beforehand, due to higher operating expenses stemming from the earlier disbursement
of Eid Holiday Allowance (THR) this year—previously booked in Q2—as well as increased advertising and
promotional costs related to the AZKO rebranding campaign. However, excluding the impact of THR, the
Company still recorded approximately 4% growth in operating profit. Management remains optimistic about
achieving positive net profit growth for the full year 2025.

“We’ve seen encouraging customer response to the launch of the AZKO brand, which marks a
significant milestone after 30 years of serving the Indonesian market. This enthusiasm is also reflected in the
strong reception for each new store opening across cities. With a strategy that focuses on relevance to
customer needs, expansion of our store network, and enhancement of a seamless, integrated shopping
experience, we believe we are on the right path toward sustainable growth. In the remaining nine months of
2025, we have prepared a series of initiatives to strengthen operational capabilities while amplifying our
positive impact—both in business and in society,” said Gregory S. Widjaja, Director of PT Aspirasi Hidup
Indonesia Tbk.

For full-year 2025, the Company has allocated capital expenditure (CapEx) of IDR 250–300 billion, with
CapEx realization as of the end of March 2025 amounting to IDR 43.55 billion. This allocation is focused on
supporting sustainable business development through the opening of 25 to 30 new stores across various
regions in Indonesia, along with innovative store concepts that are solution-driven, inspirational, and
customer-centric.

In line with its expansion strategy, the Company opened four AZKO stores in new regions during Q1
2025, including Abepura in Papua, Indonesia's easternmost region, and Indramayu Regency in West Java.
Concurrently, the Company launched the “AZKO Berbagi Cahaya” (AZKO Shares the Light) program as part of
its sustainability commitment. This initiative supports energy efficiency through the donation of KRISBOW
Energy-Saving LED Lamps to two of the largest houses of worship in Abepura, GKI Tanah Papua PNIEL Church

and the As-Sholihin Grand Mosque. This program reflects a tangible contribution to local communities while
helping reduce environmental negative impact.

In addition, the Company has calculated the carbon absorption of more than 4,000 trees planted across
various areas using the allometric method, with a total absorption of 1,539 tons of CO₂eq. This initiative
demonstrates the Company’s commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. The
carbon sink areas will be progressively expanded to create long-term and measurable environmental impact.

Looking ahead, the Company will continue to strengthen its position in Indonesia’s retail industry by
expanding its portfolio of 52 home brands that are already well-known among customers, such as KRISBOW,
KRIS, KLAZ, STORA, SOLEIL, and others. The Company will also optimize its omnichannel services through the
ruparupa app as a manifestation of “the future of retail,” while offering comprehensive solutions for home
and lifestyle needs from A to Z, driven by collaborative ideas and services.

Gregory concluded, “With the spirit of #DariSiniBisaLebih (From Here, We Can Do More), we are
committed to continuously strengthening collaborations with various stakeholders, enhancing customer
satisfaction, and driving sustainable business growth through an adaptive and measured approach.”

                                                              ****
