Sesuai ketentuan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan Peraturan Menteri BUMN No.PER-03/MBU/03/2023 tentang Organ dan Sumber Daya Manusia BUMN yang menyatakan bahwa anggota Direksi dilarang memangku jabatan rangkap sebagai anggota Direksi pada badan usaha lain, maka terhitung sejak penutupan RUPSLB PT Bank DKI, masa jabatan Ibu Basaria Martha Juliana sebagai Direktur Keuangan Perseroan berakhir karena Description of Material | tidak lagi memenuhi persyaratan sebagai anggota Direksi Information or Facts berdasarkan Anggaran Dasar dan peraturan perundang- undangan. The Company hereby conveys information related to the Decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”) of PT Bank DKI on April 30, 2025 which appointed Mrs. Basaria Martha Juliana as a member of the Board of Directors of PT Bank DKI. In accordance with the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association and the Regulation of the Minister of SOEs No.PER-03/MBU/03/2023 concerning SOE Organs and Human Resources which states that members of the Board of Directors are prohibited from holding concurrent positions as members of the Board of Directors in other business entities, then as of the closing of the EGMS of PT Bank DKI, the terms of Mrs. Basaria Martha Juliana as a Finance Director of the Company's has ended because she no longer meets the reguirements as a member of the Board of Directors based on the Articles of Association and regulations.
