PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN WARAN TERSTRUKTUR
BRPTDRCN6A, BRPTDRCF7A DAN BRPTDRCF7B
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Barito Pacific Tbk (“BRPT”) pada tanggal 29 Juni 2026
tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur BRPTDRCN6A, BRPTDRCF7A dan
BRPTDRCF7B sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran
Terstruktur, maka tidak ada penyesuaian yang akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur BRPTDRCN6A,
BRPTDRCF7A dan BRPTDRCF7B sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
BRPTDRCN6A, BRPTDRCF7A AND BRPTDRCF7B
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Barito Pacific Tbk (“BRPT”) dated 29th June 2026, related
to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant BRPTDRCN6A, BRPTDRCF7A
and BRPTDRCF7B as stated in the Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant,
no adjustment will be made to structured warrant BRPTDRCN6A, BRPTDRCF7A and BRPTDRCF7B
pursuant to the Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
