Profil Calon Komisaris Utama Dharma Mitra, Warga Negara Indonesia, 49 Tahun. Bapak Dharma Mitra memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 20 tahun dalam bidang sumber daya manusia, hukum, dan manajemen perusahaan, serta telah memegang berbagai posisi strategis di lingkungan Perseroan dan entitas anak. Bapak Dharma menyelesaikan pendidikan Sarjana Ekonomi di Institut Bisnis Indonesia (1999), kemudian meraih gelar Master of Business Administration dari Edinburgh Business School, Inggris (2002). Beliau juga memperoleh gelar Sarjana Hukum dari Universitas Islam Attahiriyah (2018), dan terakhir menyelesaikan pendidikan Magister Hukum di Institute of Business Law and Management (2023). Kombinasi latar belakang hukum dan bisnis menjadikan beliau memiliki wawasan yang menyeluruh terhadap pengelolaan perusahaan. Karier profesional beliau dimulai sebagai General Manager Human Resources di Agung Podomoro Group (2003–2008). Dharma Mitra, Indonesian Citizen, 49 Years Old.
Mr. Dharma Mitra has over 20 years of experience in human resources,
corporate law, and business management. He has held various strategic
positions within the Company and its subsidiaries.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Institut Bisnis
Indonesia (1999), followed by a Master of Business Administration
from Edinburgh Business School, UK (2002). He later obtained a
Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Islam Attahiriyah (2018), and
most recently, a Master of Law from the Institute of Business Law and
Management (2023).
His combined academic background in law and business provides him
with a comprehensive understanding of corporate management.
Mr. Dharma began his professional career as General Manager of
Human Resources at Agung Podomoro Group (2003–2008). He then
joined the Company and has since held a number of strategic leadership
roles, including:
• Human Resources Director (2008–2010)
• Human Resources & Legal Director (2010–2015)
• Human Resources & Legal Senior Managing Director (2015–2022)
• Vice President Director (2022–2024)
In addition to his roles within the Company, Mr. Dharma is also actively
involved in the Company’s subsidiaries, serving in positions such as:
• Director, PT Modern Industrial Estat (since 2014)
• Commissioner, PT Modern Panel Indonesia (since 2017)
• Director, PT Modern Mutiara Makmur (since 2019)
• Director, PT Modern Asia Hospitaliti (since 2020)
