29/2016”), POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017 tertanggal 18 Juli 2017 tentang Penerapan Keuangan
Keberlanjutan Bagi Lembaga Jasa Keuangan, Emiten dan Perusahaan Publik (“POJK 51/2017”)
dan Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tertanggal
1 Oktober 2022 perihal Perubahan Peraturan I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi

In compliance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation (“POJK”) No. 29/POJK.04/2016
dated 29 July 2016 concerning the Annual Report of Issuers or Public Companies (“POJK
29/2016”); POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017 dated 18 July 2017 concerning the Implementation of
Sustainable Finance for Financial Services Institutions, Issuers, and Public Companies (“POJK
51/2017”); and the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-
00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 1 October 2022 regarding the Amendment to Regulation I-E on the
Obligation to Submit Information (“Regulation I-E”), we hereby submit the Company’s 2024
Annual Report and Sustainability Report, available in both Indonesian and English (Bilingual).

Furthermore, the 2024 Annual Report and Sustainability Report, enclosed with this letter, are
available on the Company’s website at www.ptsml.id.
