based on the methodology for determining High Shareholding Concentration on the ownership structure
of shares in both scrip and scripless form as of June 29, 2026, it is hereby announced that the Company
is no longer in a condition of high concentration of share ownership.

berdasarkan metodologi penentuan Kepemilikan Saham Terkonsentrasi Tinggi (High Shareholding
Concentration) atas struktur kepemilikan Saham dalam bentuk Warkat dan Tanpa Warkat per
tanggal 29 Juni 2026, maka dengan ini diumumkan bahwa Perseroan tidak lagi berada dalam
kepemilikan saham terkonsentrasi tinggi.
