Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam rangka memenuhi kewajiban penyampaian Laporan
Tahunan dan Laporan Keberlanjutan PT Tira Austenite Tbk
untuk tahun buku 2024, kami sampaikan bahwa laporan
dimaksud telah disusun sesuai dengan ketentuan yang
berlaku, yaitu Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
29/POJK.04/2016 tentang Laporan Tahunan Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik, Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
51/POJK.03/2017 tentang Penerapan Keuangan
Berkelanjutan bagi Lembaga Jasa Keuangan, Emiten dan
Perusahaan Publik, serta Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
Nomor 21/POJK.04/2015 tentang Penerapan Pedoman Tata
Kelola Perusahaan Terbuka. Laporan ini juga telah disusun
dengan mengacu pada Surat Edaran Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
Nomor 32/SEOJK.04/2015 tentang Penerapan Pedoman Tata
Kelola Perusahaan Terbuka dan Surat Edaran Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan Nomor 16/SEOJK.04/2021 tentang Bentuk dan Isi
Laporan Tahunan.
Namun, kami mengalami kendala teknis saat melakukan
pengisian Formulir E020 pada sistem pelaporan elektronik
spe.ojk.go.id akibat gangguan sistem/error pada server. Oleh
karena itu, sambil menunggu sistem kembali normal, kami
menggunakan formulir ini untuk menyampaikan dan
melaporkan bentuk serta isi Laporan Tahunan, Laporan
Keberlanjutan, dan informasi ESG untuk tahun buku 2024.
Kami akan tetap melakukan input ulang melalui Form E020
selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal 5 Mei 2025.
Demikian kami sampaikan sebagai bentuk kepatuhan dan
tanggung jawab kami atas kewajiban pelaporan yang berlaku.
Atas perhatian dan kerja sama Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, kami
ucapkan terima kasih.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kejadian tersebut tidak berdampak material terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, aspek hukum, kondisi keuangan, maupun
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Pengisian formulir akan tetap
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dilakukan kembali segera setelah sistem kembali normal dan
Perusahaan Publik selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal 5 Mei 2025 sebagai bentuk
kepatuhan terhadap ketentuan pelaporan yang berlaku.

Description of Material Information or In compliance with the obligation to submit the Annual Report
Facts and Sustainability Report of PT Tira Austenite Tbk for the 2024
fiscal year, we hereby inform you that the reports have been
prepared in accordance with the prevailing regulations, namely
the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No.
29/POJK.04/2016 concerning the Annual Report of Issuers or
Public Companies, OJK Regulation No. 51/POJK.03/2017
concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Finance for
Financial Services Institutions, Issuers, and Public Companies,
and OJK Regulation No. 21/POJK.04/2015 concerning the
Implementation of Corporate Governance Guidelines for Public
Companies. These reports have also been prepared by
referring to OJK Circular Letter No. 32/SEOJK.04/2015 on the
Implementation of Corporate Governance Guidelines for Public
Companies and OJK Circular Letter No. 16/SEOJK.04/2021 on
the Format and Content of Annual Reports.
However, we encountered technical issues while filling out
Form E020 in the electronic reporting system at spe.ojk.go.id
due to server disruptions or errors. Therefore, while waiting for
the system to return to normal, we are using this form to
submit and report the format and content of the Annual Report,
Sustainability Report, and ESG information for the 2024 fiscal
year. We will nonetheless proceed to re-input the required data
through Form E020 no later than May 5, 2025.
This statement is submitted as part of our compliance and
responsibility in fulfilling applicable reporting obligations. We
thank the Financial Services Authority for its attention and
cooperation.
Impact of event, material information or The incident did not have a material impact on the Company's
facts towards Issuers or Public operational activities, legal aspects, financial condition, or
Company’s operational activities, legal, business continuity. Form filling will still be done again as soon
financial condition, or going concern as the system returns to normal and no later than May 5, 2025
as a form of compliance with applicable reporting provisions.
