Lifting of Securities Trading Suspension
PT Techno9 Indonesia Tbk (NINE)

In relation to:
1. Indonesia Stock Exchange Announcement (“Exchange”) number Peng-S-00021/BEI.PLP/07-
2026 dated 1 July 2026 concerning Temporary Suspension of Securities Trading due to Sanctions
for the Submission of Audited Annual Financial Statements as of 31 December 2025 for Listed
Companies on the Acceleration Board;
2. The fulfillment of all obligations by PT Techno9 Indonesia Tbk (“NINE”) that caused the
suspension of NINE Securities; and
3. No other conditions exist that would cause the suspension,
the Exchange hereby lifts the suspension of NINE Securities in the Regular Market and Cash Market
effective from Session 1 Trading Hours on Friday, 3 July 2026.
All interested parties are advised to continuously pay attention to the information disclosures submitted
by the Company.
The above is hereby announced for public information.
