Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Pada tanggal 17 Juni 2026, Perseroan menerbitkan
pengumuman pada Surat Kabar Solo Pos dan Radar Sidoarjo
terkait Pengumuman Lelang atas Aset Peralatan dan Cetakan
yang dilaksanakan melalui Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan
Negara (KPKNL) Surakarta & Sidoarjo dengan metode
penawaran tertulis tanpa kehadiran peserta lelang melalui
Lelang Internet (E-Auction) secara terbuka (open bidding);
2. Pelaksanaan lelang berupa pengumuman, site visit,
penawaran, sampai penetapan pemenang dilaksanakan pada
tanggal 17 Juni 2026 sampai dengan tanggal 23 Juni 2026
untuk lelang aset melalui KPKNL Surakarta dan tanggal 17
Juni 2026 sampai dengan tanggal 24 Juni 2026 untuk lelang
aset melalui KPKNL Sidoarjo;
3. Lelang atas Aset Peralatan dan Cetakan dilakukan dengan
merujuk pada Surat Keputusan Direksi nomor
5/SK/WBP/PEN/2026 tanggal 27 Januari 2026 tentang
Penghapusbukuan dan Penjualan Aset Tetap PT Waskita
Beton Precast Tbk, sebagai salah satu upaya implementasi
Perjanjian Perdamaian yang telah disahkan (homologasi) oleh
Majelis Hakim pada tanggal 28 Juni 2022 (Perjanjian
Perdamaian);
4. Pelaksanaan lelang Aset Peralatan dan Cetakan Perseroan
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam angka 2, terdiri dari 3 paket
lelang, yaitu:
a) Lelang melalui KPKNL Surakarta
- Paket 2 (besi scrap):
Cetakan Tetrapod (87 set)
b) Lelang melalui KPKNL Sidoarjo
- Paket 2 (scrap):
Bar Cutter (1 unit)
Concrete Vibrator External (16 unit)
Concrete Vibrator Internal (2 unit)
- Paket 3 (besi scrap):
Cetakan Cover U Ditch Tipe 1200A (1 set)
Cetakan Leg Gutter Tipe (2 set)
Cetakan Spun Pile Dia.600 (12 set)
5. Proses serah terima aset dilakukan pada tanggal 30 Juni
2026.
6. Lelang atas Aset Peralatan dan Cetakan Paket 2 dan 3
melalui KPKNL Sidoarjo berstatus wanprestasi dikarenakan
pembeli tidak melakukan pelunasan sampai dengan batas
akhir periode pelunasan pada tanggal 1 Juli 2026.
7. Perseroan menerima pengembalian uang jaminan dari
KPKNL Sidoarjo pada tanggal 2 Juli 2026.
8. Total nilai buku audited Desember 2024 atas Aset Cetakan
yang terjual dan dilunasi (paket 2 KPKNL Surakarta) adalah
Rp0,- (nol Rupiah), dengan nilai limit lelang keseluruhan
berdasarkan nilai pasar Laporan Penilaian Kantor Jasa Penilai
Publik Firdaus, Ali dan Rekan dengan nomor laporan
00301/2.0134-00/PP/07/0059/1/XII/2025 17 Desember 2025
adalah sebesar Rp156.443.400,- (seratus lima puluh enam
juta empat ratus empat puluh tiga ribu empat ratus Rupiah)
(sudah termasuk PPN 11%), dan harga terbentuk dari proses
lelang adalah sebesar Rp157.443.400,- (seratus lima puluh
tujuh juta empat ratus empat puluh tiga ribu empat ratus
Rupiah) (sudah termasuk PPN 11%).
9. Penggunaan dana hasil Lelang Aset (asset disposal)
Cetakan akan digunakan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang
tertuang dalam Perjanjian Perdamaian.

Description of Material Information or 1. On 17 June 2026, the Company published an
Facts announcement in Solo Pos and Radar Sidoarjo newspapers
regarding the auction of Equipment and Mould Assets,
conducted through the State Assets and Auction Service
Office (KPKNL) of Surakarta and Sidoarjo using the open
bidding method through written bids without the physical
presence of bidders via Internet Auction (E-Auction).
2. The auction process, including the announcement, site visit,
bid submission, and determination of the winning bidder, was
conducted from 17 June 2026 to 23 June 2026 for the assets
auctioned through KPKNL Surakarta, and from 17 June 2026
to 24 June 2026 for the assets auctioned through KPKNL
Sidoarjo.
3. The auction of the Company's Equipment and Mould Assets
was conducted pursuant to the Board of Directors' Decree No.
5/SK/WBP/PEN/2026 dated 27 January 2026 regarding the
Write-off and Sale of Fixed Assets of PT Waskita Beton
Precast Tbk, as one of the measures to implement the Court-
approved Composition Agreement (homologation) ratified by
the Panel of Judges on 28 June 2022 (the Composition
Agreement).
4. The auction of the Company's Equipment and Mould Assets
referred to in point 2 consisted of three auction packages, as
follows:
a. Auction through KPKNL Surakarta
- Package 2 (scrap metal):
Tetrapod Moulds (87 sets)
b. Auction through KPKNL Sidoarjo
- Package 2 (scrap):
Bar Cutter (1 unit)
External Concrete Vibrator (16 units)
Internal Concrete Vibrator (2 units)
- Package 3 (scrap metal):
Cover U-Ditch Mould Type 1200A (1 set)
Leg Gutter Mould (2 sets)
Spun Pile Mould, Diameter 600 (12 sets)
5. The handover of the assets was completed on 30 June
2026.
6. The auction of Equipment and Mould Assets under
Packages 2 and 3 through KPKNL Sidoarjo was declared in
default, as the successful bidder failed to complete the
payment by the final settlement deadline of 1 July 2026.
7. The Company received the refund of the bid security deposit
from KPKNL Sidoarjo on 2 July 2026.
8. The total audited book value as of December 2024 of the
Mould Assets that were successfully sold and fully settled
(Package 2 through KPKNL Surakarta) was Rp0 (zero
Rupiah). The aggregate reserve price for the auction, based
on the market value stated in the appraisal report issued by
Public Appraisal Firm Firdaus, Ali dan Rekan No.
00301/2.0134-00/PP/07/0059/1/XII/2025 dated 17 December
2025, amounted to Rp156,443,400 (one hundred fifty-six
million four hundred forty-three thousand four hundred
Rupiah), inclusive of 11% VAT. The final auction price
established through the auction process amounted to

forty-three thousand four hundred Rupiah), inclusive of 11%
VAT.
9. The proceeds from the disposal of the Mould Assets will be
utilized in accordance with the provisions set out in the
