atau fakta material selain informasi yang telah diungkapkan kepada publik melalui
keterbukaan informasi, laporan kepada regulator, maupun media komunikasi resmi
Perseroan, yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi
pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik. /
As of the issuance of this letter, the Company is not aware of any material information
or facts other than those that have been disclosed to the public through information
disclosures, reports submitted to regulators, or the Company’s official communication
channels, which may affect the value of the Company’s securities or investors’
investment decisions as stipulated under Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or
Public Companies.
2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi harga Efek Perusahaan Tercatat dan/atau keputusan investasi pemodal
sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan III.2.1. Peraturan Nomor I-E Lampiran Keputusan

Is the Company aware of any activities undertaken by certain shareholders as referred
to in the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation No. 4 of
2024 concerning Reports on Share Ownership or Any Changes in Share Ownership of
Public Companies and Reports on the Pledging of Shares of Public Companies?

Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari
pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap
Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan Laporan Aktivitas Menjaminkan
Saham Perusahaan Terbuka, selain yang telah dilaporkan dan/atau diungkapkan sesuai
dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
As of the date of this letter, the Company is not aware of any activities undertaken by
any particular shareholder as referred to in the Financial Services Authority of the
Republic of Indonesia Regulation No. 4 of 2024 concerning Reports on Share Ownership
or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies and Reports on the Pledging
of Shares of Public Companies, other than those that have been duly reported and/or
disclosed in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
4. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?
Does the Company have plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future,
including corporate plans that may affect the listing of the Company's shares on the
Exchange (at least within the next 3 months)?
Jawaban:
Perseroan saat ini sedang dalam proses registrasi Penambahan Modal dengan
Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu I (PMHMETD I) sebagaimana telah
diungkapkan kepada publik melalui keterbukaan informasi Perseroan. Selain rencana
tindakan korporasi tersebut, sampai dengan tanggal penyampaian jawaban ini,

Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana tindakan korporasi lainnya dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang dapat berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
Perseroan di Bursa dalam paling sedikit 3 (tiga) bulan mendatang. Perseroan akan
senantiasa memenuhi kewajiban keterbukaan informasi sesuai dengan ketentuan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
The Company is currently in the registration process for the Capital Increase through
Pre-emptive Rights Issue I (PMHMETD I), as previously disclosed to the public through
the Company’s information disclosure. Other than the aforementioned corporate action,
as of the date of this response, the Company does not have any other corporate action
plans in the near future, including any corporate actions that may affect the listing of
the Company’s shares on the Exchange within at least the next 3 (three) months. The
Company remains committed to fulfilling its disclosure obligations in accordance with
the prevailing laws and regulations.
5. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga
efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada
publik/

Company's securities and the Company's viability that have not been disclosed to the
public.

Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang
material yang dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup
Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. Perseroan akan melaporkan jika ada
fakta dan/atau informasi material sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
The Company is not aware of any other important material information/facts/events
that may affect the price of the Company's securities and the Company's viability that
have not been disclosed to the public. The Company will report any material facts
and/or information in accordance with applicable regulations.
6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada
pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut./
Plans of the main shareholders regarding their ownership in the Company. In this regard,
may the Corporate Secretary kindly inquire with the main shareholders before
responding to this confirmation.

Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Pemegang Saham Utama belum memiliki rencana untuk
menambah maupun mengurangi kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan./
As of the date of this letter, the Main Shareholder has no plans to increase or reduce its
shareholding in the Company.
