Information, where the obligation to submit the Financial
Report for Quarter I 2025 falls on April 30, 2025, the Company
would like to convey that within the deadline, PT Sepatu Bata
Tbk and its subsidiaries have not been able to submit the
Financial Report for Quarter I 2025. This is because it is still in
process so the Company will submit it as soon as possible.
