Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa pada tanggal 31 Januari 2025, melalui Surat
Pengumuman Bursa mengenai Penghentian Sementara
Perdagangan Efek, BEI telah melakukan suspensi atas saham
Perseroan dikarenakan belum memenuhi ketentuan free float
sebagaimana disyaratkan dalam ketentuan V.1.1 atau
ketentuan V.1.2 Peraturan BEI No. IA.
Sampai dengan tanggal Keterbukaan Informasi ini, Perseroan
masih terus melakukan upaya-upaya untuk dapat memenuhi
Ketentuan Free Float. Namun mengingat tingkat suku bunga
yang masih cenderung tinggi menyebabkan kondisi pasar dan
minat investor terhadap perusahaan yang bergerak dalam
industri properti masih kurang kondusif sehingga menjadi
kendala tersendiri bagi Perseroan untuk memenuhi Ketentuan
Free Float.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak apapun terhadap kegiatan operasional,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan

Description of Material Information or That on January 31, 2025, through the Exchange
Facts Announcement Letter concerning Temporary Suspension of
Securities Trading, the IDX has suspended the Company's
shares due to not fulfilling the free float provisions as required
in provision V.1.1 or provision V.1.2 of IDX Regulation IA.
Up to the date of this Information Disclosure, the Company is
still making efforts to be able to fulfill the Free Float Provisions.
However, considering that interest rates are still relatively high,
market conditions and investor interest in companies engaged
in the property industry are still less conducive, thus becoming
an obstacle for the Company to fulfill the Free Float Provisions.
