A. Summary of Public Expose Results
e The 2026 Public Expose of PT Logindo
Samudramakmur Tbk ("Company") was
conducted in order to comply with the
provisions of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia
as stipulated in the Decree of the
Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia Number Kep-00087/BEI/12-
2025 dated 12 December 2025
concerning the Amendment to
Regulation No. I-E on Information
Disclosure Obligations, which amends
the Decree of the Board of Directors
Number Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated
30 September 2022.
e The Public Expose was held on
Tuesday, 30 June 2026, offline at the
Company's Head Office, Graha Corner
Stone, Jalan Rajawali Selatan II No. 1,
Central Jakarta, from 11:45 a.m. to
12:15 p.m. WIB
e The Public Expose commenced with
the Master of Ceremony introducing
the Companys Management. The
event continued with presentations
delivered by the President Director,
Director, and Chief Financial Officer
regarding the Company's performance
throughout Fiscal Year 2025, financial
condition, corporate actions
Undertaken, as well as the Company's
business strategies and outlook for
2026.

e Dalam pemaparannya, Manajemen
Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa
sepanjang Tahun Buku 2025 Perseroan
membukukan pendapatan sebesar
US$40,83 juta, menurun 12,544
dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya sebesar
US$46,69 juta. Penurunan tersebut
terutama dipengaruhi oleh divestasi lima
unit kapal serta menurunnya tingkat
utilisasi armada, khususnya kapal Anchor
Handling Tug Supply Dynamic Positioning
(“AHTS-DP”) yang merupakan kontributor
utama pendapatan Perseroan.
e Dalam menghadapi kondisi industri
tersebut, Perseroan menjalankan berbagai
strategi usaha yang meliputi diversifikasi
basis pelanggan, peningkatan kontrak
penyewaan kapal di pasar internasional,
optimalisasi efisiensi biaya operasional,
penyediaan layanan dengan standar
keselamatan yang tinggi, serta
pelaksanaan pemeliharaan armada secara
berkala dan berkelanjutan. Melalui
strategi tersebut Perseroan berhasil
memperoleh kontrak baru sepanjang
tahun 2025 dengan nilai akumulasi sebesar
US$36,4 juta, yang sebagian besar berasal
dari kapal AHTS-DP, AHTS dan AHT dengan
nilai sebesar US$25,2 juta.
e Selanjutnya Perseroan menyampaikan
ikhtisar kinerja keuangan Tahun Buku
2025, antara lain laba bruto sebesar
US$14,04 juta dengan margin laba bruto
meningkat menjadi 34,404, laba usaha
sebesar US$16,98 juta, EBITDA sebesar
US$20,01 juta, aset lancar sebesar
US$27,39 juta, liabilitas jangka pendek
sebesar US$19,71 juta, serta liabilitas
jangka panjang sebesar US$33,38 juta.

e During the presentation, Management
explained that the Company recorded
revenue of US$40.83 million in Fiscal
Year 2025, representing a 12.544
decrease from US$46.69 million in the
previous year. The decline was mainly
attributable to the divestment of five
vessels and lower fleet utilisation,
particularly of the Anchor Handling
Tug Supply Dynamic Positioning
("AHTS-DP") vessels, which constitute
the Companys primary revenue-
generating fleet.
e To address the industry conditions,
the Company implemented various
business strategies, including
customer base diversification,
expansion of international vessel
charter contracts, operational cost
optimisation, provision of services
with high safety standards, and
continuous fleet maintenance.
Through these initiatives, — the
Company secured new contracts
during 2025 with an aggregate value
of US$36.4 million, of which US$25.2
million was contributed by AHTS-DP,
AHTS, and AHT vessels.
e The Company also presented its
financial performance for Fiscal Year
2025, including gross profit of
US$14.04 million, gross profit margin
of 34.40, operating profit of
US$16.98 million, EBITDA of US$20.01
million, .current assets of US$27.39
million, current liabilities of US$19.71
million, and non-current liabilities of
US$33. 38 million.

e Manajemen Perseroan juga menyampaikan
bahwa struktur permodalan Perseroan
terus menunjukkan perbaikan. Liabilitas
menurun menjadi US$53,08 juta,
sedangkan ekuitas meningkat menjadi
US$57,45 juta, sehingga rasio Debt to
Eguity Ratio (“DER”) menurun dari 4,57
kali pada tahun 2023 menjadi 0,93 kali
pada tahun 2025.
e Sepanjang Tahun Buku 2025 Perseroan
telah melaksanakan aksi korporasi berupa
penjualan lima unit kapal sebagai bagian
dari strategi optimalisasi armada dan
penguatan struktur keuangan Perseroan.
Dana hasil penjualan aset digunakan untuk
mengurangi kewajiban pinjaman sehingga
mendukung perbaikan struktur
permodalan Perseroan.
e Selanjutnya, Manajemen Perseroan
menyampaikan prospek usaha Perseroan
tahun 2026 yang didukung oleh
meningkatnya aktivitas sektor minyak dan
gas bumi, kebutuhan kapal pendukung
offshore, peluang proyek Engineering,
Procurement, Construction and
Installation ("EPCI"), serta pengembangan
pasar internasasional di kawasan Asia
Pasifik. Hingga tanggal 15 Juni 2026
Perseroan telah membukukan kontrak
baru dan perpanjangan kontrak sebesar
US$12,98 juta, total kontrak kapal sebesar
US$33,24 juta, dengan nilai kontrak yang
belum terealisasi sebesar US$14,63 juta.
e Setelah penyampaian materi, Perseroan
membuka sesi tanya jawab yang diikuti
oleh para peserta Public Expose
sebagaimana tercantum dalam Daftar

e Management further explained that
the Companys capital structure
continued to improve. Total liabilities
decreased to US$53.08 million, while
eguity increased to US$57.45 million,
resulting in a reduction of the Debt-
to-Eguity Ratio ("DER") from 4.57x in
2023 to 0.93x in 2025.
e Throughout Fiscal Year 2025, the
Company carried out a corporate
action involving the disposal of five
vessels as part of its fleet
optimisation strategy and efforts to
strengthen its financial structure. The
proceeds from the asset disposals
were utilised to reduce outstanding
borrowings, thereby improving the
Company's capital structure.
es Management also presented the
Company's business outlook for 2026,
supported by increasing activities in
the oil and gas sector, growing
demand for offshore support vessels,
opportunities arising from
Engineering, Procurement,
Construction and Installation ("EPCI")
projects, and expansion into the Asia-
Pacific market. As of 15 June 2026,
the Company had secured new and
extended contracts amounting to
US$12.98 million, bringing the total
vessel contracts to US$33.24 million,
with an unrealised contract value of
US$14.63 million.
e Following the presentation, the
Company opened a guestion-and-
answer session attended by the
participants listed in the Attendance
