pengangkatan Bapak W. Kartyono sebagai Direktur
Perseroan yang berlaku efektif pada tanggal 29 April
2025 sampai dengan RUPS yang akan diadakan pada
tahun 2029./

: Based on the results of the Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders (AGM) of PT Bank UOB Indonesia
dated 29 April 2025, the Company conveys the
approval of the reappointment of the members of the
Board of Commissioners, effective as of 29 April
2025 until the closing of the AGM to be held in 2027.
The Company also conveys the approval of the
reappointment of the members of the Company's
Board of Directors and the approval of the
appointment of Mr. W. Kartyono as Director of the
