Swiss. Perjanjian ini berlaku selama 5 (Lima) Tahun sejak
ditandatanganinya surat perjanjian, yaitu sejak Tanggal 25
April 2025. Perseroan akan membuka Caffe dan Produk-
produk F&B, brand daripada Segafredo Zanetti Espresso
Worldwide Ltd di seluruh Indonesia kecuali di wilayah Jakarta.
Sistem kerjasamanya adalah bagi hasil antara Perseroan
dengan Segafredo Zanetti Espresso Worldwide Ltd, karena
Segafredo Zanetti Espresso Worldwide Ltd yang akan
menyiapkan sistem monitoring, pengelolaan dan pelatihan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak dari kejadian dan/atau informasi tersebut

Facts cooperation agreement with Segafredo Zanetti Espresso
Worldwide Ltd. Segafredo Zanetti espresso Worldwide Ltd is
headquartered in Switzerland. This agreement is valid for 5
(Five) Years since the signing of the agreement letter, which is
since April 25, 2025. The Company will open Caffes and F&B
Products, brands of Segafredo Zanetti Espresso Worldwide
Ltd throughout Indonesia except in the Jakarta area. The
cooperation system is profit sharing between the Company
and Segafredo Zanetti Espresso Worldwide Ltd, because
Segafredo Zanetti Espresso Worldwide Ltd will prepare the
monitoring, management and training systems.
