Menunjuk Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi khususnya ketentuan No. 1II.1.1.4 (Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa
Efek Indonesia Nomor: Kep-00066/BE1/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022) dengan
ini kami sampaikan penjelasan perubahan lebih dari 2096 pada pos total Liabilitas
Perseroan. Per 31 Maret 2025, Liabilitas Perseroan meningkat sebesar 23,194
menjadi Rp2.685.768.975.188 dari Rp2.180.240.658.651 per 31 Desember 2024.
Referring to the Indonesian Stock Exchange Regulation No. I-E regarding the
obligation to disclose information, particularly provision No. 111.1.4 (Attachment to the
Decision of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No: Kep-
00066/BE//09-2022 dated September 30, 2022), we hereby provide an explanation of
the change exceeding 2076 in the total Liabilities of the Company. As of March 31,
2024, the Company's Liabilities increased by 23.194 to Rp2,685,768,975,188 from
Rp2, 180,240,658,657 as of December 31, 2024.

Hal ini disebabkan oleh Liabilitas Kontrak Asuransi meningkat sebesar 34,814» menjadi
Rp2.163.246.788.726 per 31 Maret 2025 dari Rp1.604.658.669.293 per 31 Desember
2024. Kenaikan disebabkan oleh premi yang belum merupakan pendapatan jangka
pendek pada jenis asuransi Kesehatan meningkat sebesar 260,954 menjadi
Rp851.266.623.176 per 31 Maret 2025 dari Rp235.843.216.773 per 31 Desember
2024. Hal ini disebabkan banyaknya pembukuan premi atas jenis asuransi kesehatan
pada awal tahun 2025.

This is due to the increase in Insurance Contracts Liabilities by 34.814 to
Rp2,163,246,788,726 as of March 31, 2025, from Rp1,604,658,669,293 as of
December 31, 2024. The increase is primarily attributable to the gross unearned
premium reserve-short term for line of business Health by 260.954 to
Rp851,266,623,176 as of March 31, 2025, from Rp235,843,216,773 as of December
31, 2024. This is due to the significant number of health insurance premium at the
beginning of 2025.
