Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan BEI No. I-E
pada butir III.1.1.7 tentang penyampaian penjelasan dalam hal
Laporan Keuangan Auditan Perusahaan Tercatat memperoleh
opini Wajar Dengan Pengecualian dari Akuntan Publik,
bersama ini disampaikan penjelasan atas hal yang
dikualifikasikan oleh Akuntan Publik.
Grup, melalui Entitas Anak, PT Bakrie Pangripta Loka (BPL)
dan Perum Perumnas melakukan Perjanjian Kerjasama atas
ventura bersama KSO Perum Perumnas - PT Bakrie Pangripta
Loka (KSO PP-BPL). Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024 dan
2023, investasi Grup pada ventura bersama KSO PP-BPL,
melalui BPL, Entitas Anak, tidak dapat mengakui bagian atas
laba rugi sesuai dengan metode ekuitas karena laporan
keuangan KSO PP-BPL yang telah diaudit tidak tersedia.
Oleh karena itu Auditor tidak dapat melaksanakan prosedur
audit untuk menentukan apakah diperlukan penyesuaian untuk
mengakui bagian BPL atas laba rugi selama tahun berjalan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Disampaikan juga bahwa hal tersebut tidak mempengaruhi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kinerja keuangan Perseroan.

Explanation of the Opinion in the 2024 Annual Financial
Type of Material Information or Facts Report PT. Bakrieland Development
Description of Material Information or In compliance with IDX Regulation No. I-E, Section III.1.1.7
Facts concerning the requirement to provide an explanation when a
Listed Company receives a Qualified Opinion from the Public
Accountant on its Audited Financial Statements, we hereby
submit the following explanation regarding the qualification
noted by the auditor:
The Group, through its subsidiary PT Bakrie Pangripta Loka
BPL, entered into a Joint Operation Agreement with Perum
Perumnas, forming the joint operation KSO Perum Perumnas
PT Bakrie Pangripta Loka KSO PP-BPL. As of December 31,
2024 and 2023, the Groups investment in the joint operation
KSO PP-BPL, via its subsidiary BPL, could not recognize its
share of profit or loss using the equity method, due to the
unavailability of audited financial statements of KSO PP-BPL.
As a result, the Auditor was unable to perform audit
procedures to determine whether any adjustments were
required in relation to BPLs share of profit or loss during the
reporting period.
Impact of event, material information or it was also stated that this did not affect the Company's
facts towards Issuers or Public financial performance.
