Sehubungan dengan permintaan penjelasan dari PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“BEI”), sebagaimana disampaikan dalam
surat elektronik BEI Nomor: S-03875/BEI.PP3/04-2025 tanggal 25 April 2025 Perihal Permintaan Penjelasan Atas
Volatilitas Transaksi Efek, maka dengan ini dapat kami sampaikan informasi atas permintaan penjelasan tersebut,
yaitu sebagai berikut/In connection with the reguest for an explanation from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (“BEI”),
as conveyed in the BEI electronic mail Number: S-03875/BEI.PP3/04-2025 dated 25 April 2025 regarding the Reguest
for Explanation of the Volatility of Securities Transactions, you can hereby We provide information upon reguest for
explanation, namely as follows:
1. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek
perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan
Publik?/Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that could influence the value of company
securities or investors' investment decisions as regulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation Number
31/POJK.04/2015 conceming Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies?
Jawab:
Perseroan sampai saat ini tidak memiliki informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat
mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada
publik/The Company currentiy does not have any information/facts/other important events that are material and
possible affecting the price of the Company's Securities and the survival of the Company which have not been
disclosed to the public.
2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek
perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1. dan IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021/Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that could
influence the value of the company/s securities or investors' investment decisions as regulated in Regulation
Number I-E: Obligation to Submit Information in the provisions of. point III.2.1. and IV.2.1. Attachment to the
Decision of the Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021.

mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan

Jawab: Perseroan sampai dengan saat ini tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka/The Company is currentiy not aware of any activity from certain shareholders as regulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 conceming Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Public Company Share Ownership. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?/Does the Company have plans to take corporate action in the near future, including corporate (plans that will result in the listing of the Company Shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)? Jawab: Perseroan sampai dengan saat ini tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat The company currentiy has no plans to take corporate action in the near future. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut/Plans of major shareholders related to their share ownership in the Company. In this case, please ask the Corporate Secretary to ask the main shareholders first to answer the confirmation. Jawab: Bahwa pemegang saham utama tidak memiliki rencana terkait dengan kepemilikannya sahamnya pada Perseroan That the main shareholder has no plans regarding his ownership of shares in the Company.
