2. The Company’s Letter No. DIR/WCT/JKT/0325/040 dated March 27, 2025, regarding the Announcement of the
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Wijaya
Cahaya Timber Tbk;
3. The Company’s Letter No. DIR/WCT/JKT/0425/046 dated April 11, 2025, regarding the Invitation to the Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Wijaya Cahaya
Timber Tbk;
4. Letter from the Financial Services Authority No. S-148/PM.023/2025 dated April 22, 2025, regarding
Amendments and/or Additional Information on the Plan for Capital Increase Without Pre-emptive Rights of
PT Wijaya Cahaya Timber Tbk;
We hereby inform you that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders, which were originally scheduled to be held on Monday, May 5, 2025, have been postponed and
will now be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025.
This notice is duly conveyed to the Shareholders of the Company.
