pengumuman kami tertanggal 26 Juni 2026 sehubungan dengan Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang tercantum dalam Bagian 3.8 Prospektus tertanggal 11 April
2025 dan Term Sheet MAPAZPCX6A, maka dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa tidak ada penyesuaian yang
akan dilakukan untuk MAPAZPCX6A sehubungan dengan Dividen Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya akan
berlaku.

We refer to the announcement of PT MAP AKTIF ADIPERKASA TBK (MAPA) dated 26 June 2026 and our
announcement dated 26 June 2026 in relation to the Cash Dividend.
In accordance to the terms and conditions stated in Section 3.8 of the Prospectus dated 11 April 2025
and the Term Sheet of MAPAZPCX6A, we hereby inform you that no adjustment will be made to
MAPAZPCX6A pursuant to the Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Prospectus and the terms and conditions therein
shall prevail.
