Sehubungan dengan surat rujukan tersebut di atas, perkenankanlah kami, PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (“Perseroan”) menyampaikan penjelasan atas surat tersebut sebagai berikut: 1. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik? Apakah Perseroan — mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi harga Efek Perusahaan Tercatat dan/atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan 1III.2.1. Peraturan Nomor I-E Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor: Kep- 00087/BEI/12-2025? Penjelasan: Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi harga efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi — pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan 1II.2.1. Peraturan Nomor I-E Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor: Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025. 3. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan Laporan Aktivitas Menjaminkan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka? Penjelasan: Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas perdagangan dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan tersebut di atas. 4. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? 2. Is the Company aware of any material information or facts that could affect the price of the listed company's securities and/or investors' investment decisions, as provided for in Provision III.2.1 of Regulation No. I-E, Annex to the Decision of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep- 00087/BEI/12-2025? Explanation: The Company is not aware of any information or material facts that may affect the price of the Company's securities or the investment decisions of investors, as stipulated under provision III.2.1 of Regulation No. I-E, Appendix to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025. 3. Is the Company aware of the activities of certain shareholders as stipulated in Regulation of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4 of 2024 concerning Reports on Share Ownership or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies and Reports on Activities Involving the Pledging of Shares of Public Companies? Explanation: As of the date hereof, the Company is not aware of any trading activities conducted by certain shareholders as referred to in the above-mentioned Regulation of the Financial Services Authority. 4. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. Penjelasan: Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. 6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. Penjelasan: Sampai dengan saat ini, tidak ada rencana apapun yang dimiliki pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Adapun terkait dengan kemungkinan adanya transaksi tertentu yang akan dilakukan oleh pemegang saham mayoritas, kami telah mendapatkan konfirmasi bahwa tidak ada rencana untuk melakukan transaksi tertentu melalui pemegang saham mayoritas. Explanation: As of the date hereof, the Company has no plans to undertake any corporate actions, including corporate actions that may affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange within the next three (3) months. 5. Other important information/facts/ events that are material and may affect the price of the Company's securities and the viability of the Company that have not been disclosed to the public. Explanation: As of the date hereof, the Company does not have any material information/facts/other material events that may affect the price of the Company's securities and the viability of the Company that have not been disclosed to the public. 6. Plans of the principal shareholder in relation to its shareholding in the Company. In this regard, the Corporate Secretary is kindly reguested to first seek confirmation — from the principal shareholder prior to responding to such inguiry. Explanation: As of the date hereof, the major shareholders have no plan regarding its share ownership in the Company. Regarding the possibility of certain transactions to be carried out by the majority shareholder, we have received confirmation that there are no plans to conduct certain transactions through the majority shareholder.
