Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material       PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES) telah menyampaikan
                                           Laporan Keuangan kuartal I tahun 2025. Pendapatan bersih
                                           yang diperoleh perseroan selama kuartal pertama mencapai
                                           Rp 314 miliar. Raihan tersebut berhasil tumbuh 5,7 persen jika
                                           dibandingkan dengan pendapatan bersih kuartal I tahun 2024
                                           senilai Rp 297 miliar. Dari sisi volume penjualan, BLES
                                           mengalami peningkatan 23,7% jika dibandingkan dengan
                                           periode yang sama di tahun 2024.
                                           Kinerja bottom line Perseroan di kuartal ini mengalami
                                           penurunan, dimana di kuartal I tahun 2025 laba bersih yang
                                           dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik saham dan pemilik usaha
                                           periode ini mencapai Rp 1,1 miliar. Menurun 95,7 persen
                                           dibanding periode yang sama di tahun sebelumnya.
                                           Aset Perseroan di kuartal I 2025 tercatat sebesar Rp 1,88
                                           triliun. Meningkat 2 persen dibandingkan Q1 2024.
                                           Peningkatan ini utamanya berasal dari kenaikan Aset Tidak
                                           Lancar Perseroan sebesar Rp 58,8 milyar.
                                           Memperhatikan kinerja Perseroan di kuartal I 2025,
                                           Manajemen mengibaratkan seperti mendirikan sebuah
                                           bangunan, kuartal I ini adalah saatnya meletakkan pondasi
                                           yang kokoh untuk tujuan jangka panjang. Manajemen
                                           menjelaskan bahwa di kuartal I ini Perseroan giat melakukan
                                           penetrasi dan edukasi pasar guna meningkatkan market share
                                           BLES. Pengaruh eksternal juga tidak dapat dipungkiri, bulan
                                           Ramadhan, libur panjang Hari Raya Lebaran beserta larangan
                                           jalan juga turut berkontribusi kurang baik.
                                           Manajemen berkeyakinan penuh bahwa kinerja Perseroan
                                           akan terus meningkat. Pada pertengahan tahun ini, pabrik 5 di
                                           Banjarnegara direncanakan akan mulai beroperasi, sehingga
                                           kapasitas terpasang BLES genap menjadi 5,6 juta m3 per
                                           tahun. Dengan adanya penambahan kapasitas dari pabrik 5
                                           ditambah dengan peningkatan utilisasi pabrik 1 di Mojokerto
                                           dan pabrik 2 di Lamongan pasca penambahan kapasitas
                                           mesin di tahun lalu, Perseroan optimis akan dapat mencapai
                                           pertumbuhan double digit di tahun 2025.

 Description of Material Information or       PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES) has submitted its
 Facts                                        Financial Report for the first quarter of 2025. The company's
                                              net revenue throughout the first quarter reached IDR314
                                              billion. This achievement grew 5.7 percent compared to the net
                                              revenue for the first quarter of 2024 of IDR297 billion. In terms
                                              of sales volume, BLES experienced an increase of 23.7%
                                              compared to the same period in 2024.
                                              The Company's bottom line performance in this quarter
                                              experienced a decline, where in the first quarter of 2025, net
                                              profit attributable to shareholders and business actors this
                                              period reached IDR1.1 billion. Decrease 95.7 percent
                                              compared to the same period the previous year.
                                              The Company's assets in the first quarter of 2025 were
                                              recorded at IDR1.88 trillion. Increase 2 percent compared to
                                              the first quarter of 2024. The increase mainly came from an
                                              increase in the Company's Non-Current Assets of IDR58.8
                                              billion.
                                              Looking at the Company's performance in the first quarter of
                                              2025, Management likened it to building a building, the first
                                              quarter is the time to lay a solid foundation for long-term goals.
                                              Management explained that in the first quarter the Company
                                              was actively penetrating and educating the market in order to
                                              increase BLES's market share. External influences also cannot
                                              be denied, the month of Ramadan, the long Eid holiday along
                                              with the ban on driving also contributed negatively.
                                              Management is confident that the Company's performance will
                                              continue to improve. In the middle of this year, plant 5 in
                                              Banjarnegara is planned to start operating, so that the installed
                                              capacity of BLES is exactly 5.6 million m3 per year. With the
                                              additional capacity of plant 5 plus the increased utilization of
                                              plant 1 in Mojokerto and plant 2 in Lamongan after the addition
                                              of machine capacity last year, the Company is optimistic that it
                                              will be able to achieve double-digit growth in 2025.
