Desember 2024, dari Sukarmin menjadi Dulgani. Perubahan
ini disebabkan oleh sanksi pembekuan izin dari kementrian
keuangan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Selain keterlambatan atas pelaporan keuangan tahunan yang
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan diaudit, tidak ada dampak atas informasi material yang
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, diungkap tersebut di atas terhadap kegiatan operasional,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha
Perusahaan Publik Perseroan.
