             (the “Company”)

Memenuhi peraturan yang tertuang dalam Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-
00066/BEI/09-2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi,
terlampir kami sampaikan Laporan Keuangan Interim tidak diaudit periode 31 Maret 2025. / Comply
with the regulations set out in the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange
No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 concerning Amendment to Regulation No. I-E regarding Obligation of
Information Submission, we attach the unaudited Interim Financial Report for the period of 31 March
2025.

Berkaitan dengan pemenuhan peraturan BEI No.I-E butir III.1.1.4 perihal penjelasan atas perubahan
lebih dari 20% pada pos jumlah aset dan/atau jumlah liabilitas, maka dengan ini kami sampaikan
penjelasan bahwa terdapat penurunan pada jumlah aset Perseroan sebesar 50,56% dari Rp9,1 miliar
per 31 Desember 2024 menjadi Rp4,5 miliar per 31 Maret 2025. / In connection with the fulfillment of
IDX regulations No.I-E point III.1.1.4 concerning an explanation for a change of more than 20% in the
post of total assets and/or total liabilities, we hereby convey an explanation that there has been a
decrease in the total assets of the Company by 50.56% from IDR9.1 billion as of 31 December 2024
to IDR4.5 billion as of 31 March 2025.

Penurunan tersebut diantaranya disebabkan oleh: / The decrease among others was caused by:
- Kas di bank turun dari Rp2,9 miliar menjadi Rp411 juta karena membayar utang bank, utang
  usaha, dan kewajiban-kewajiban lainnya. / Cash in banks decreased from IDR2.9 billion to IDR411
  million due to paying bank debt, trade payables and other obligations.
- Piutang usaha pihak ketiga turun dari Rp2,37 miliar menjadi Rp1,27 miliar karena ada penerimaan
  pembayaran dari customer dan mitra bisnis. / Trade receivables third parties decreased from
  IDR2.37 billion to IDR1.27 billion due to receipt payments from customers and business partners.

Atas penurunan jumlah aset tersebut, manajemen tidak melihat dampak yang signifikan terhadap
kinerja keuangan Perseroan. / Due to the decrease in total assets, management did not see a
significant impact on the Company's financial performance.
