Namun perlu dicatat, bahwa Perseroan memiliki kontrak jangka panjang yang masih akan mengikat post-merger merging entity. We view the digital infrastructure industry as still being an attractive sector with opportunities that are still developing. Although the merger will impact asset utilization in the future, Management hopes that after the consolidation, the telecommunications industry will be healthier. Until now, communication has been ongoing with the newly formed merging entity regarding post-merger operational management, especially concerning the relocation of infrastructure lease contracts. Therefore, the final scenario of this merger is still awaited, and as such, we cannot comment on the overall impact of this merger on the group's performance. However, it should be noted that the company has long-term contracts that will still bind the post- merger merging entity. 2. Jawaban 1 Sejak diakuisisinya Perseroan oleh Grup TOWR pada 1 Juli 2024, telah Answer menunjukan keberhasilan yang menggembirakan, dimana laba bersih Perseroan mencapai nilai positif pada semester kedua tahun 2024 sekitar Rp169 miliar, dibandingkan dengan rugi yang mencapai sekitar Rp1,8 triliun untuk tahun 2024 (full year), sehingga dapat dinilai bahwa Perseroan telah melakukan efisiensi operasional dengan sangat baik. Perseroan akan senantiasa mencari peluang untuk bekerja sama dengan merging entity serta melakukan sinergi di beberapa aspek.
