Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (“WIFI”) pada tanggal 01 Juli 2026
tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan WIFI pada tanggal 30 Juni 2026, WIFI menyampaikan rencana pembagian Dividen
Tunai untuk periode tahun buku 2025 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

P : Harga Penutupan Underlying Waran Terstruktur yang bersangkutan pada hari bursa
terakhir Underlying Waran Terstruktur tersebut diperdagangkan atas dasar cum-
entitlement.
D : Pembagian dividen per 1 (satu) Underlying Waran Terstruktur yang dimiliki.
X : Harga Pelaksanaan yang berlaku tepat sebelum pembagian dividen ex-date.
E : Rasio Pelaksanaan yang berlaku tepat sebelum pembagian dividen ex-date.
Mohon menjadi perhatian bahwa penyesuaian mungkin tidak akan dilakukan apabila berdasarkan
kebijaksanaan Penerbit dan tanpa batasan, dan tanpa kewajiban apa pun kepada para Pemegang
Waran Terstruktur, tidak adanya penyesuaian dianggap tepat oleh Penerbit.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT WITH UNDERLYING
WIFI
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (“WIFI”) dated 01 July 2026,
related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders of WIFI dated 30 June 2026, has resolved, WIFI had a plan for the distribution of dividends
for the fiscal year 2022, which will be paid as follows:

P : Closing Price of the Underlying share on the last market day on which the underlying share
is traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
D : the dividend entitlement per 1 (one) underlying share held.
X : the existing price immediately prior to dividend entitlement.
E : the existing exercise ratio immediately prior to the dividend entitlement.
Kindly be noted that the adjustment might not be made if based on Issuer’s sole discretion and without
limitation, and without any obligation to Structured Warrant Holders, the Issuer deems no adjustment is
appropriate.
