Based on the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Jakarta Stock Exchange
Number. KEP-306/BEJ/07-2004 Rule Number 1-E concerning Obligation to Submit
Information Article 11l.1.4., PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. (the “Company”) submits
an explanation for changes of more than 20Y6 in the Unaudited Interim Financial
Statement for the period January 1'', 2025 — March 31", 2025, with the following
explanation:

The Interim Statement of Financial Position, it can be conveyed that the

Company's Total Assets and Liabilities as of March 315! 2025 did not change
by more than 2075 compared to the Company's Total Assets and Liabilities
as of December 31"', 2024.

Total Company's Assets

The Company's Total Assets at the end of March 3151, 2025 were recorded at
IDR 632,893,719,425 while at the end of December 315', 2024 the Company
recorded Total Assets of IDR 637,383,120,724.

The Company's Total Assets at the end of March 31:t, 2025 was decreased
by IDR 4,489,401,299 or decreased by 0.70” compared to the Company's
Total Assets at the end of December 3151, 2024.

Total Company's Liabilities

The Company's Total Liabilities at the end of March 3151, 2025 were recorded
at IDR 196,468,666,412 while at the end of December 3151, 2024 the Company
recorded a Total Liabilities of IDR 204,086,954,705. 4

The Company's Total Liabilities atthe end of March 315', 2025 was decreased
by IDR 7,618,288,293 or decreased 3,73”o compared to the Company's Total
Liabilities in the period of December 315', 2024.
