a. Menginstal Telematic GPS di dalam kendaraan yang disewakan agar dapat memonitor penggunaan BBM,
emisi, perilaku berkendara sehingga dapat mengurangi cidera lingkungan dan dapat lebih efisien.
b. Melakukan perawatan rutin dan peremajaan armada untuk menjamin performa kendaraan sehingga
konsumsi BBM efisien.
c. Menginstal solar panel untuk menghasilkan energi listrik yang bersih dan efisien. Upaya yang dilakukan
Perseroan untuk menekan penggunaan energi baik BBM ataupun listrik membuahkan hasil. Berdasarkan
tabel penggunaan energi di atas, jumlah penggunaan energi oleh Perseroan mengalami kenaikan,namun
lebih baik dari dua tahun sebelumnya. Pada tahun 2024, jumlah penggunaan energi per unit kendaraan
sebesar 0,50 Gigajoules/unit lebih tinggi dibanding tahun 2023 sebesar 0,3 Gigajoules/ unit. Namun, masih
lebih baik dibandingkan tahun 2022 yang mencapai 0,64 Gigajoules/unit.

Langkah-langkah yang sudah dilakukan dan penurunan emisi yang telah dicapai dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya.
Penjelasan:
a. Menginstal Telematic GPS di dalam kendaraan yang disewakan agar dapat memonitor penggunaan BBM,
emisi, perilaku berkendara sehingga dapat mengurangi cidera lingkungan dan dapat lebih efisien.

Belum ada, namun pada tahun 2024 Perseroan telah memulai proses penerapan ISO 45001:2018, standar
internasional untuk Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), yang akan diselesaikan

Perseroan senantiasa berpartisipasi bersama Batavia Prosperindo Group yang telah membentuk yayasan
Batavia Prosperindo Peduli (BP Peduli). Pada tahun 2009 BP Peduli mendirikan Sekolah Misi Bagi Bangsa
(SMBB) yang terletak di Sagulung Batam. SMBB diperuntukan bagi anak-anak yang kurang mampu di
Batam-Indonesia. Hingga saat ini SMBB telah memiliki lebih dari 610 anak didik mulai dari TK (terdiri dari 11
murid laki-laki dan 19 murid perempuan), SD (terdiri dari 202 murid laki-laki dan 187 murid perempuan), dan
SMP (terdiri dari 122 murid laki-laki dan 78 murid perempuan).

Perseroan telah menetapkan kode etik yang merupakan turunan dari visi dan misi, sebagai standar etika
berperilaku. Kode Etik diberlakukan bagi seluruh karyawan Perseroan, termasuk Direksi dan Dewan
Komisaris tanpa kecuali dan merupakan bagian dari program orientasi karyawan. Kode etik kembali
disosialisasikan dalam bentuk pelatihan berkala, presentasi, ataupun pengingat tertulis pada setiap
kesempatan oleh unit kerja HRD agar selalu diingat dan dipatuhi. Pokok-pokok kode etik yang menjadi
dasar dalam penerapan budaya perusahaan adalah nilai berbasis kinerja terpercaya, Integritas, kreatif dan

A. provision of Telematic GPS in rented vehicles to monitor fuel usage, emissions, driving behavior so that it
can reduce environmental injuries and be more efficient.
B. Carrying out routine maintenance and rejuvenation of the fleet to ensure vehicle performance so that fuel
consumption is efficient.
C. installing solar panels to produce clean and efficient electrical energy. The Company's efforts to reduce
energy usage, both fuel and electricity, have yielded results. Based on the energy usage table above, the
amount of energy usage by the Company has increased, but is better than the previous two years. In 2024,
the amount of energy usage per vehicle unit is 0.50 Gigajoule/unit, higher than in 2023 which was 0.3

Steps that have been taken and emission reductions that have been achieved compared to the previous year
To support efforts to reduce Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions, the Company consistently implements various
strategic steps, including:
Installation of GPS Telematics System:
Installing GPS devices throughout the fleet to monitor driving behavior, fuel usage, and planning the most
efficient routes, thereby helping to reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
Use of Solar Energy:
Using an on-grid solar panel system as a source of operational electrical energy, reducing dependence on coal-
based electricity.
Regular Fleet Rejuvenation and Maintenance:
Replacing vehicles with younger ages and maintaining vehicle engines in prime condition through routine
servicing, so that vehicles are more efficient in fuel consumption.
Operational Digitalization (Paperless):
Developing an in-house digital-based system to minimize paper usage and support sustainable operational
efficiency.
Safety Driving Training for Drivers:
Providing safety driving training so that drivers are more efficient in driving, reducing fuel consumption, and
reducing accident rates.
Enhancing Technology Infrastructure:
Continuing to develop a real-time data integration system through the Client and Vendor Portals that helps
monitor fleet operations efficiently.

engage in forced labor. All practices are in accordance with the applicable labor regulations. During every
recruitment process, the Human Resources department ensures that candidates are at least 18 years old

always states the minimum age requirement and ensures that candidates have graduated from Senior High
School or Vocational School in every job announcement, advertisement, and other recruitment-related

(SMBB) located in Sagulung Batam. SMBB is intended for underprivileged children in Batam-Indonesia.
Until now, SMBB has had more than 610 students ranging from Kindergarten (consisting of 11 male
students and 19 female students), Elementary School (consisting of 202 male students and 187 female
students), and Junior High School (consisting of 122 male students and 78 female students).
