  Supporting SDGs Goal 5, Elnusa Reinforces Commitment to
              Gender Equality in the Workplace
Jakarta, 25 April 2025 – In celebration of Kartini Day, PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) under Pertamina's Subholding
Upstream, held an event titled “Kartini Day: Women’s Emancipation in the Modern Workplace” at Ruang Udaya, Graha Elnusa, Jakarta.

This event was not merely a symbolic celebration but a real demonstration of the company’s commitment to building an equitable work environment and
acknowledging the significant contributions of women in various operational and strategic roles. It also served as a moment to strengthen the spirit of
emancipation within a modern professional setting that upholds inclusivity, equality, and professionalism.

On this occasion, Elnusa’s Board of Directors expressed their full support for various initiatives aimed at empowering and increasing the participation of
women in the workplace, aligned with the principles of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 5: Gender Equality. This commitment
includes concrete actions that will be embedded into the company’s culture and strategic direction.

Among the commitments are ensuring gender equality in employee development, establishing a safe and comfortable working environment for female
employees, and guaranteeing the implementation of leadership and competency development programs specifically tailored to empower women in the
workforce.

As a tangible manifestation of this commitment, the event also featured the signing of the SDGs Goal 5: Gender Equality Commitment Declaration by Elnusa’s
entire management team. This signing marked a collective pledge to foster a workplace culture that respects diversity and provides equal opportunities for
women to contribute and take on leadership roles across all levels of the organization.

In his remarks, Elnusa’s Finance Director, Stanley Iriawan, stated, “Modern-day Kartini is not just about women who dare to take steps forward, but also
about environments that choose to transform. It is about collaboration among all parties to create a fair and professional workplace. Let this moment serve
as a spark for all Elnusa personnel to move forward together and raise awareness of gender equality so that an inclusive and sustainable work environment
can be achieved.”

Serving as a guest speaker, Elnusa’s Director of Human Capital & General Affairs, Hera Handayani, emphasized that the spirit of Kartini must be embraced
in today’s workplace. “Kartini Day is not just a celebration; it is a reminder of our collective responsibility to create a workplace that values diversity, promotes
inclusion, and eliminates gender-based barriers. Our commitment to SDGs Goal 5 will continue to be realized through tangible programs aligned with our
principles of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG),” Hera asserted.
