Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan Laporan Keuangan Audit Tahun 2024
PT. Kapuas Prima Coal Tbk (Perseroan) memperoleh opini
Tidak Menyatakan Pendapat (Disclaimer) dari Auditor, kami
Perseroan dengan ini menjelaskan bahwa sejak 01 Januari
2025 semua hasil produksi yang telah dihasilkan oleh
perseroan sudah tidak dapat dijual ke luar negeri (ekspor)
dikarenakan Surat Persetujuan Eskpor (SPE) yang diberikan
hanya hingga tanggal 31 Desember 2024. Untuk proses
pengurusan perpanjangan SPE tersebut sudah di ajukan oleh
pihak perseroan. Namun hingga saat ini pihak perseroan
masih belum mendapatkan perpanjangannya. Hal ini
berdampak pada penerimaan atau penjualan perseroan
hingga saat ini masih belum ada. Selain itu smelter entitas
anak Perusahaan juga masih belum siap untuk berproduksi
secara komersial. Rencana untuk berproduksi secara
komersial estimasi saat ini dapat di laksanakan pada akhir
bulan Juni 2025. Dengan berproduksi secara komersial
smelter entitas anak nantinya maka secara pendapatan dari
pihak perseroan maupun entitas anak Perseroan akan mulai
ada dan secara otomatis dapat menanggung atau digunakan
untuk pembiayaan kegiatan operasional dan lain-lain
perseroan dan entitas anak Perseroan.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional:
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Saat ini perseroan masih membatasi kegiatan operasionalnya
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, sambil menunggu kepastian perpanjangan SPE dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau berproduksi secara komersialnya smelter entitas anak
Perusahaan Publik Perseroan.
Dampak terhadap aspek hukum Perseroan:
Tidak terdapat dampak terhadap aspek hukum.
Dampak terhadap aspek keuangan Perseroan:
Tidak adanya pemasukan sampai nanti SPE dan entitas anak
Perseroan berproduksi secara komersial sehingga efisiensi
terus dilakukan oleh Perseroan.
Dampak terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perseroan:
Tidak ada dampak terhadap kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
Rencana kedepannya sudah disiapkan oleh pihak
managemen untuk mempertahankan operasional Perseroan
sehingga dapat tetap beroperasi.

Explanation regarding the reasons for the emergence of the
Type of Material Information or Facts Disclaimer opinion in the 2024 Audited Financial Report.
Description of Material Information or In connection with the 2024 Audited Financial Report of PT.
Facts Kapuas Prima Coal Tbk (the Company) received a Disclaimer
opinion from the Auditor, we, the Company, hereby explain
that since January 1, 2025, all production results produced by
the company can no longer be sold abroad (exported) because
the Export Approval Letter (SPE) given is only valid until
December 31, 2024. The process of extending the SPE has
been submitted by the company. However, until now the
company has not received an extension. This has an impact
on the company's revenue or sales which have not yet
occurred. In addition, the smelter of the Company's subsidiary
is also not yet ready for commercial production. The plan to
start commercial production is currently estimated to be
implemented at the end of June 2025. With the commercial
production of the subsidiary's smelter, the income from the
company and the Company's subsidiaries will start to exist and
can automatically cover or be used to finance the operational
activities and others of the company and the Company's
subsidiaries.

subsidiary start commercial production so that efficiency
continues to be carried out by the Company.

There is no impact on the Company's business continuity.
Future plans have been prepared by management to maintain
the Company's operations so that they can continue to
operate.
