        Fostering Environmental Awareness: Elnusa Conducts
       "Sobat Bumi" Educational Program in Operational Area
Jakarta, 24 April 2025 – In commemoration of Earth Day, PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), through its subsidiary PT Elnusa Trans Samudera (ETSA), reaffirmed its
commitment to environmental preservation and the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. Specifically addressing the
environmental and social aspects, ETSA organized the Sobat Bumi Educational Program (“EDISI”) with the theme “The Dangers of Plastic to the Earth” held
at MA Al I’anah Jangkar School in Cilegon, Banten on 22 April 2025, attended by ETSA Management representatives and the entire student body.

This initiative represents a concrete step by ETSA in responding to global concerns regarding environmental pollution, particularly from plastic waste which
is difficult to decompose and poses serious threats to ecosystems. Through an interactive and educational session, students were introduced to the long-
term impacts of plastic waste on marine life and human well-being. Additionally, they gained insights into alternative solutions to single-use plastics and
proper waste segregation techniques.

ETSA Director, Kurniawati Adjie, emphasized that environmental education for coastal communities is an integral part of the company’s social responsibility
and a clear manifestation of its ESG commitment. “As a company engaged in marine and offshore support services, we feel a deep responsibility to help
protect the environment, particularly in areas where we operate. This educational program may be a small step, but we hope it will bring about a lasting
impact,” stated Kurniawati.

As a tangible form of ETSA’s commitment to educational development in its operational areas, the event also included the donation of classroom furniture,
namely desks and chairs, for the students of MA Al I’anah. This support is expected to enhance both comfort and quality in the teaching and learning process
at the school. The initiative aligns with the company’s ongoing commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 4: Quality
Education.

Kurniawati further noted that education is one of the key pillars in ETSA’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) program. “We believe that investing in
education is a strategic step to support the advancement of the younger generation,” she added.

The school community and students responded with great enthusiasm. The school principal, Alawi, expressed appreciation for ETSA’s meaningful and
relevant contribution through environmental education. It is hoped that such programs will inspire increased awareness and concern among young people
to care for the Earth from an early age.

This initiative further affirms ETSA’s role as an industry player that is not solely focused on business performance, but also actively supports sustainability
and environmental stewardship especially within its areas of operation.
