(“Perseroan”) sampaikan tanggapan sebagai berikut: 1. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik? Jawaban: Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan OJK Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik. 2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point IIL2.1. dan IV.2.1. (the "Company") convey the following information: I. Is the Company aware of any material information or facts that might affect the value of the Company's securities or investors” investment decisions as stipulated in OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies? Answer: The Company is not aware of any material information or. facts that might affect the value of the 'Company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies. 2. Is the Company aware of any material information or facts that might affect the value Of the Company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in Regulation Number I-E: Obligation to Submit Information, specifically provision of IIL21 and IV.Z1. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka? Jawaban: Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan — saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? Jawaban: Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Jawaban Sampai dengan surat ini disampaikan, pemegang saham utama Perseroan belum memiliki rencana dalam waktu dekat untuk menambah kepemilikan saham pada Perseroan. Answer: There is no material information/facts/evenis that has not yet been disclosed to public that may afject the price of the Company's securities and its ongoing viability. 4 Is the Company aware of any activities undertaken by certain shareholders as stipulated in OJK Regulation — No. 1I/POJK.04/2017 — regarding — Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies? Answer: The Company is not aware af any activities undertaken by certain shareholders. 5. Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including any corporate actions that may affect the listing Of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (within at least the next 3 months)? Answer: The Company has no plans to undertake any corporate actions in the near future. 6. The plans of the major shareholder regarding their shareholding in the Company. Answer: As of the date of this letter, the majority shareholders af the Company do not have any plans to increase their shareholding in the Company in the near future.
