SE-00002/BEI/03-2020 mengenai Tata Cara Pelaksanaan
Program Kepemilikan Saham, bersama ini kami sampaikan
informasi rencana Tahap II Window Exercise I Tahun 2025
Periode Pelaksanaan Program MESOP Perseroan sebagai
berikut:
1. Periode Pelaksanaan
Periode pelaksanaan Tahun 2025 akan berlangsung selama
30 hari bursa sejak tanggal 1 Mei 2025 sampai dengan
tanggal 20 Juni 2025.
2. Harga Pelaksanaan
Harga pelaksanaan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya adalah
Rp750,- (tujuh ratus lima puluh Rupiah) per saham.
3. Jumlah Opsi
Jumlah opsi yang dapat dikonversi untuk periode ini adalah
sebanyak-banyaknya sejumlah 80.000.000 (delapan puluh
juta) lembar saham.

Description of Material Information or Referring to the Circular Letter of the Indonesia Stock
Facts Exchange No. SE-00002/BEI/03-2020 regarding Procedures
for the Implementation of the Share Ownership Program, we
hereby convey information on the plan for Phase II Window
Exercise I of 2025 Implementation Period of the Companys
MESOP Program as follows:
1. Implementation Period
The implementation period of 2025 will last for 30 trading days
from 1 May 2025 to 20 June 2025.
2. Execution Price
The pre-determine exercise price is Rp750,- (seven hundred
fifty Rupiah) per share.
3. Option Numbers
The amount of convertible options for this period is a maximum
of 80,000,000 (eighty million) shares.
