PENGUMUMAN HASIL PELAKSANAAN
PENAMBAHAN MODAL TANPA HAK MEMESAN EFEK TERLEBIH DAHULU TAHAP I (“PMTHMETD I”)
PT GOLDEN EAGLE ENERGY TBK (“PERSEROAN”)
Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 43B Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 14/POJK.04/2019 Tentang
Perubahan Atas Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 32/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Penambahan Modal
Perusahaan Terbuka dengan Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih bersama ini kami sampaikan hasil
pelaksanaan PMTHMETD I sebagai berikut:
1. Jumlah saham baru yang diterbitkan : 275.000.000 (dua ratus tujuh puluh lima juta) lembar
dalam PMTHMETD I saham dengan harga nominal Rp125 (seratus dua
puluh lima Rupiah) per lembar saham
2. Harga Pelaksanaan PMTHMETD I : Rp800,00 (delapan ratus Rupiah) per lembar saham
3. Tanggal Pelaksanaan PMTHMETD I : 23 April 2025
4. Tanggal Pencatatan Saham Baru : 24 April 2025

Perseroan dan/atau entitas anak, serta meningkatkan
posisi keuangan demi kepentingan seluruh pemegang
saham, termasuk pemegang saham publik.
7. Dampak Pelaksanaan PMTHMETD : Persentase kepemilikan saham dari setiap Pemegang
Saham Perseroan saat ini akan mengalami penurunan
(delusi) sebesar maksimum 8,03% (delapan koma nol
tiga persen).
Setelah pelaksanaan PMTHMETD I, jumlah modal saham ditempatkan dan modal disetor Perseroan akan
meningkat menjadi Rp428.125.000.000.00 (empat ratus dua puluh delapan miliar seratus dua puluh lima juta
Rupiah).

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS OF
CAPITAL INCREASE WITHOUT PRE-EMPTIVE RIGHTS PHASE I (“PMTHMETD I”)
PT GOLDEN EAGLE ENERGY TBK (“THE COMPANY”)
In order to comply with the provisions of Article 43B of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
14/POJK.04/2019 concerning the Amendment to Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 32/POJK.04/2015
on Capital Increase of Public Companies by Issuing Pre-Emptive Rights, we hereby submit the results of the
implementation of PMTHMETD I as follows:
1. Number of new shares issued in : 275.000.000 (two hundred seventy five million) shares
PMTHMETD I with a nominal value of Rp125 (one hundred twenty
five Rupiah) per share
2. Exercise price of PMTHMETD I : Rp800,00 (eight hundred Rupiah) per share
3. Date of implementation of PMTHMETD I : 23 April 2025
4. Date of listing of the new shares from : 24 April 2025

6. Planned Use of Proceeds from : The proceeds will be used to strengthen the
PMTHMETD I: Company’s capital structure in order to support the
business activities and business development of the
Company and/or its subsidiaries, as well as to improve
the financial position of the Company for the benefit
of all shareholders, including public shareholders.
7. Impact of the Implementation of : The shareholding percentage of each existing
PMTHMETD shareholder of the Company will be diluted by a
maximum of 8,03% (eight point zero three percent).
Following the implementation of PMTHMETD I, the Company’s issued and paid-up share capital will increase to
Rp428.125.000.000,00 (four hundred twenty eight billion one hundred twenty five million Rupiah).
