Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pembagian Dividen Tunai ini dilakukan sesuai dengan Pasal
71 Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan
Terbatas, dan sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 18 anggaran
dasar Perseroan, dimana: (i) Perseroan dapat membagikan
dividen tunai suatu tahun buku, dalam hal laba bersih
Perseroan seperti tercantum dalam neraca dan perhitungan
laba rugi yang telah disahkan oleh Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan merupakan saldo laba positif; dan (ii)
penetapan dividen tunai memperoleh persetujuan Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan. Berdasarkan
perhitungan yang telah dilakukan serta, dengan
mempertimbangkan antara lain kondisi keuangan dan rencana
bisnis ke depan Perseroan, jumlah dividen tunai yang akan
dibagikan kepada pemegang saham secara keseluruhan
adalah sebesar Rp506.779.600.074.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak negatif material terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, usaha Perseroan sehubungan dengan Pembagian Dividen.

Distribution of cash dividend for the financial year 2024 to the
Type of Material Information or Facts Shareholders
Description of Material Information or The Cash Dividend Distribution is conducted with regards to
Facts Article 71 of Law Number 40 Year 2007 regarding Limited
Liabilities Companies and Article 18 of the Company articles of
association, wherein (i) The Company may distribute cash
dividend before the end of a financial year; and (ii) cash
dividend distribution may be stated in resolutions of the Board
of Directors following the approval from the Board of
Commissioners and the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Based on the calculation that has been carried out and, by
taking into account, among others, the financial conditions and
future business plan of the Company, the cash dividend that
will be distributed will be in the full amount of IDR
Rp506,779,600,074.
